The best neighbor I could ever ask for. He would help me get my kids out of the car and come sit on our deck to listen to music. We went to the Vic to see Railroad Earth and brought him to the VIP box and soundboard and backstage to meet the band. We danced all night and hit the front row and the monitors board backstage. Jody loved music and getting the ins and outs of the soundboard and backstage set up - he just lit up and loved it. He always wanted to know what bands I was seeing and we'd have drinks with great playlists by the fire at night. He truly was a man who adored his wife and children and he always had this sweet grin when he would talk about Sally, like you always hope someone speaks of you when you aren't there, he'd say "Sal Gal" with this sweet grin like someone had just told him he won a prize- he always knew he had the greatest prize of all in this love and partnership. Sending so much love to Sally, Avery, and Jackson- he loved you so deeply it was the core of who he was. Please know you are so loved and Jody will always be loved and carried on by his beloved family.
